Source For Me

Source For Me is a sourcing, procurement and branded merchandise partner working closely with organisations to deliver tailored merchandise, print and promotional solutions. As the business evolved into a dedicated brand with a growing client base, Source For Me required a website that better reflected the quality, expertise and personalised service at the heart of the business.

Following Looped-in’s one-on-one business coaching program and the introduction of a refreshed visual identity, Looped-in was re-engaged to create a new website experience that aligned with the business's growth ambitions, strengthened its market positioning and more clearly communicated the value of working with a trusted sourcing partner.

Delivered by Looped-in, May 2026.

The project.

The challenge

Source For Me required a website that better reflected the maturity of the business and the premium service experience clients received. While the business had established a strong reputation, the website needed to evolve alongside the brand and better communicate the quality, expertise and tailored support that clients had come to value.

As the business transitioned from a sole operator into a dedicated brand with a growing client base, there was an opportunity to create a digital presence that more accurately represented the professionalism, reliability and strategic value of the business. The new website needed to build trust, clearly communicate the breadth of services available and support the next stage of growth.

The insight

The audit revealed a disconnect between the highly personalised experience clients received when working with Source For Me and the way the business was being represented online. While the website outlined the services offered, there was room to communicate the expertise, credibility and strategic support that underpin the Source For Me approach, both in content and visual approach.

The opportunity was not to further explain the products Source For Me could source, but to better communicate the tailored experience, hands-on approach and guidance behind the service. By shifting the focus from products to partnership, the website could better demonstrate the value Source For Me brings to every project and create a stronger point of differentiation within the market.

The strategic approach

In response to Looped-in’s website audit, the structure and content journey were reshaped to create a clearer pathway for its audience to understand the business and the benefits of working with a Source For Me as a sourcing partner. Our insights informed every aspect of the website experience, from the homepage narrative through to the visual design system.

Working alongside a copywriter Hayley Madge, the website structure and content strategy were refined to better communicate the Source For Me value proposition. This included the introduction of case studies, storytelling through a dedicated journal and credibility building content that more clearly articulated the personalised support and knowledge behind the business.

To support the recently developed visual identity, Looped-in created a bespoke illustration direction and iconography that expanded the brand's visual language and introduced an additional layer of storytelling throughout the website experience. Existing brand guidelines were translated into a digital-first design system, ensuring consistency across typographic hierarchy, colour palette, imagery and interaction design while creating a more distinctive and memorable online presence.

A fully custom WordPress website was then designed around a flexible system of modular content components that could evolve alongside the business while maintaining a high-quality user experience. Working closely with the development team, Looped-in also provided creative direction for animation, interactive features and functionality integrations, helping bring the website to life through thoughtful details that elevated the overall experience.
